CHICKEN POTATO BAKE 
4 or 5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 boiled chicken breast, cut in sm. pieces
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. container sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1-2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. bag frozen mixed vegetables

Mix all together and pour into a 3-quart casserole. Sprinkle some salt on top. Cover and bake 30-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Good reheated in microwave oven.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
