BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. stew meat or round steak, cut into thin slices, 1/4" thick
2 c. water
3 beef bouillon cubes
A little garlic powder
1 med. onion, sliced
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
Noodles

Brown stew meat in Crisco. Add water, beef bouillon cubes, garlic powder and onion. Simmer about 3 hours. Just before meat is tender, remove 1/2 cup liquid and let cool. Add flour to liquid and shake; add to meat to make gravy. Just before serving, add 1/2 cup sour cream and reheat. Serve over noodles.
