INDIAN COUNTRY CASSEROLE 
1 c. raw rice
2 cans French onion soup
1 can sliced mushrooms (4 oz.)
1 can Mexicorn (12 oz.)
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 stick butter, melted (1/4 lb.)

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes, or until rice is done, stirring one time during baking (after dish has baked for 30 minutes).
