1 med. zucchini, cubed, cooked, and drained
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. grated cheese
1 tsp. butter

Brown onion and pepper in butter; add zucchini and seasonings. Place in oven-proof dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with cheese and continue baking for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
