ZUCCHINI COMBO 
Several small or 1 large zucchini
3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. bacon
1 small onion, chopped
1 small can tomato sauce

Parboil sliced zucchini for seven minutes. Fry bacon until crisp then crumble. Saute onion. Drain zucchini and layer ingredients in casserole.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
