Viva, Bounty or Bolt paper towels
2 tbsp. baby oil
4 tbsp. baby bath
4 c. water

Cut 1 roll of paper towel in half with an electric knife. Remove the cardboard roll. Put each half roll into a Tupperware or plastic container. Pour 1/2 of the solution over each roll. Cover tightly and let sit for 2 hours.
