MOLDED SPINACH SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. very hot water

Dissolve Jello in water and cool. 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 tbsp. chopped onion 1 c. cottage cheese, drained 1 c. mayonnaise 1/4 tsp. vinegar or lemon juice

Just before Jello sets, mix in rest of ingredients; chill overnight in the mold.
