BRETT'S QUICK STROGANOFF | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning 1/2 med. onion, chopped 1/2 pt. sour cream 1 lg. can chow mein noodles (or cooked rice) Brown ground beef and onion over low heat, add Italian seasoning and continue cooking 5 minutes. Add soup and cook until well mixed. Add sour cream about 5 minutes before serving and stir until well mixed. Serve hot over noodles or rice. Winter Park Lodge 64, F.O.P. |
