LEMON CREAM CHEESE BARS 
1 Duncan Hines Lemon Pudding Cake Mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. lemon extract or grated rind of 1 lemon
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs

Note: A few drops of pure lemon oil may be added to the oil. If lemon cake mix is not available, yellow cake mix may be used.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine dry cake mix with 1/3 cup oil and 1 egg. Mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup and pat the remaining mixture lightly into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch cake pan.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon and 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer.

Sprinkle with 1 cup reserved crumbs.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes more. Cool and cut into bars (16 to 24).

Not sure how these can be called Lemon Cream Cheese Bars with only ONE teaspoon of lemon juice. I had to add another couple teaspoons & add'l sugar just to get a hint of lemon ....
