LEMON - CHEESE BARS 
1 box yellow pudding cake mix
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. sugar
3 tsp. lemon juice
3 eggs
1/3 c. oil

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg, and 1/3 cup oil until crumbly; reserve 1 cup. Pat remaining mixture lightly in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and two eggs until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with 1 cup reserved cake mixture. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
