8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. sour cream
2 tsp. curry
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 c. chutney
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coarsely chopped, dry roasted peanuts

Mix all together. Top with green onion tops.
