CHICKEN IN WINE SAUCE 
1 lb. chicken breasts, skinned & boned
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. frozen green beans (or 1 can Chinese vegetables)
1 tbsp. & 1 tsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. chicken broth (bouillon can be used)
1/4 c. white wine

Cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch pieces. On waxed paper, sprinkle chicken with paprika and pepper. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray and cook chicken over medium high heat until browned. Place chicken and green beans in casserole. Using same skillet, melt butter. Saute mushrooms, onions and garlic until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Beat in broth and wine; stir frequently. Simmer 15 minutes. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Stir sauce into casserole and bake covered for 20 minutes. 4 servings, 211 calories, 6 grams fat, 73 mg. cholesterol, 452 mg. sodium. Good for Heart Dish.
