1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus devils food cake mix
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. peanut butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, oil and 1 egg at low speed until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup crumbs for topping, press remaining crumbs in bottom of ungreased 13"x9" pan. Bake for 10 minutes.

In small bowl blend sugar, peanut butter, cream cheese and 1 egg; gently spread over baked crust. Combine reserved crumbs and peanuts; sprinkle over filling. Press lightly. Return to oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes until firm. Chill 1 hour. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
