2 lbs. hamburg
1 lb. sausage meat
1 onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 c. oatmeal
1 tbsp. A-1 Steak Sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
1 carrot, grated
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and form a loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Put a little water in pan. Lay a few strips of bacon on top of loaf.
