MINI MEAT LOAVES 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/3 c. chopped green onions
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. steak sauce
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 c. milk

Mix all ingredients. Shape into individual meat loaves with an oiled, custard cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

SAUCE:

1 c. sliced onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 (4 oz.) can of mushroom with liquid
2 tbsp. flour
1 bouillon cube, beef
1/3 c. burgundy wine
1 c. water

Saute the onion in the butter. Add the mushrooms and their liquid. Stir in the flour until smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cook until thick and bubbly. Pour over the meat loaves and cook 5 minutes more.
