SPICY TOMATO MINI-LOAVES 
3 c. corn flakes
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 egg
1 tbsp. horseradish (optional)
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
parsley (optional)

Thoroughly combine cereal, 1/2 cup of the tomato soup, onion, egg and horseradish. Mix in ground beef. Portion meat mixture into 6 parts. Shape into individual loaves or ovals. Place on foil-lined baking sheet. Mix together remaining soup, brown sugar and mustard. Spread evenly over meat.

Bake in 350°F oven about 35 minutes or until meat is cooked. Serve garnished with parsley, if desired.

Yield: 6 servings.
