CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. Kix cereal, crushed (about 1 c.)
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
2 cans chicken or tuna, drained
10 oz. frozen cut green beans, thawed, boiled 10 min. & drained
7 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked & drained

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients in ungreased 3 quart casserole. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle with topping (1 cup slightly crushed Kix cereal, 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese mixed). Bake uncovered until hot and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes. 6-8 servings.)
