CHILI VERDE 
10-12 pork steaks (cut up in 3/4" cubes)
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 yellow onions (med. sized)
2 green chilies (6 oz. cans, Ortega, diced)
3 stewed tomatoes (10 oz.) cans with juice)
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. crushed red chilies (like pizza type red chilies)

Cut up pork steak 3/4 inch square; remove the bone. Brown cubes (keep removing liquid to brown); may have to brown in small amounts because of pan size. Put meat into large pot. Add onions and garlic; stir in good before adding rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer. Simmer for 1 hour. Eat and enjoy!
