Strawberry Angel Cake and Frosting

I thought of doing this and was so glad to have a recipe. However, you definitely cannot turn this angel food cake upside down on a soda bottle to cool!! The weight of the strawberries caused the cake to fall out! I ended up taking the pieces and putting them in a 9 x 13 pan, then baked it at 350°F for about 20 extra minutes. I cooled it, then frosted it with Cool Whip frosting with strawberries mixed in. It ended up tasting and looking really good but if I do this again, I will cool the cake right side up!
