PUMPKIN NUT BREAD 
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. clove
1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
1 c. chopped nuts

Measure all dry ingredients together and sift well. Beat oil sugar and eggs together until well blended. Add milk and pumpkin and mix well. Fold in dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Fold in nuts. Makes three 8 1/2 or 9 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
