FUDGY BROWNIES 
1/4 c. Fleischmann's Regular or Sweet Unsalted Butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. Egg Beaters Cholesterol-free 99% Real Egg Product
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Melt Fleischmann's Regular or Sweet Unsalted Butter. In a large bowl combine butter, sugars, flour, cocoa and Egg Beaters until well blended. Stir in vanilla and walnuts. Spread batter evenly in a well greased 8x8x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until done. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 2 inch squares while warm.

Makes 16 squares.
