CREAM OF BROCCOLI/CAULIFLOWER
SOUP
 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1/2 stick butter
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook broccoli and cauliflower. Put half of each in blender with cooking juice and puree. Add butter, flour, milk and chicken broth mix. Put in soup pan and heat until thickens. Add remaining broccoli and cauliflower. Add your choice of milk, water or broth to get desired thickness. If too thin, add thickening. Season to taste.
