ELLEN'S CURRY CHICKEN 
2 whole chicken breasts
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup corn oil
1 brunch broccoli
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cut chicken in bite size pieces. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and a little flour. Fry in oil until golden brown. Cook broccoli and place in bottom of 2 quart casserole. Add chicken pieces. Mix undiluted soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken, broccoli. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with foil.

Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until done.
