CREAM CHEESE ICING 
10 oz. pkg. cream cheese (room temp.)
1 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. fructose (or sugar)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 - 1/4 c. honey

Whip cream cheese on high speed of mixer until very fluffy; add milk, fructose (or sugar) and vanilla; beat until very smooth. Add honey in a steady stream while mixer is running, adding until frosting reaches desired consistency.

Preparation time: 5 minutes. Yield: 1 1/2 cups frosting; will frost top and sides of 1 6 1/2 x 10 inch cake.

Hint: Don't be alarmed if a yellow beaded substance appears on the frosting after a day or two -- it's just the honey showing its color!
