PINEAPPLE QUICK CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Combine ingredients and beat well. Spread on warm cake.
