BOTERKOEK (BUTTERTART) 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter (no butter)
2 eggs, beaten (save 1 tbsp. to brush tops)
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix everything together and press into 2 pie plates. After 15 minutes of baking brush remaining beaten egg on tops and return to oven, baking 15 more minutes. Cut into wedges to serve.
