PAULINE'S STRUDEL 
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter
1 c. sour cream
Apricot jam
Chopped walnuts

Mix flour, butter and sour cream. Divide into 4 balls. Wrap in wax paper. Chill several hours or overnight. Roll out into long strips on a floured board. Spread with apricot jam and nuts as desired to taste (stop about an inch from the edge.) Roll up like a jelly roll. Bake on a greased cookie sheet for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
