BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN 
Boneless chicken breasts
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. parsley
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. water
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. butter (melted)
1/3 c. Marsala wine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In paper bag shake all dry ingredients with 1 breast of chicken at a time. Oil a shallow baking dish. Pour in water and arrange chicken. Sprinkle chicken with oil and melted butter and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.

Pour wine over chicken. Lower temperature to 325 degrees and cover with foil and bake 15 minutes longer. Remove foil, raise oven to 350 degrees and bake 10 minutes longer.
