CHEESE BEEF PIE 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey, cooked, browned
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Mix all ingredients and pour in one pie crust or 2 small. One deep or 2 shallow pie dishes.

TOPPING:

8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix well and pour over meat filling. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
