CHEESE BURGER PIE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 tsp. salt 8 oz. Velveeta, sliced 1 c. chopped onion 1/4 tsp. pepper 6-8 dashes Tabasco 1 c. milk 1/2 c. Bisquick 2 eggs Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook ground beef and onions until brown. Stir in salt and pepper and Tabasco. Place in a pie plate and top with cheese slices. Mix milk, eggs and Bisquick. Pour over cheese. Cook for 30 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. |
