SIMPLE SUPER TUNA SALAD LOAF 
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 sm. can Albacore tuna
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. finely chopped stuffed green olives

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. When mushy, set over hot water to liquify. Cool to lukewarm.

Combine remaining ingredients. Mix with gelatin and put in bread pan (not tin) for at least 1/2 a day. CAN be molded in custard cups. Serves 4.

Twice this amount will fill just bread pan - to serve 8. Slice to serve. It is good!
