DUTCH GREEN BEANS 
2 pkgs. frozen green beans
6 to 8 slices bacon, chopped into sm. pieces
1 onion, chopped fine
4 tbsp. vinegar

Cook green beans; drain. In skillet fry bacon pieces until crisp. Drain bacon on towels. Pour off all but 3 tablespoons fat. Cook onion in fat 5 minutes until translucent. Add vinegar, heat until boiling. Pour dressing over beans, top with bacon.
