SHRIMP OR FISH BATTER 
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. water
Dash of Old Bay seasoning

Combine all in a blender. This thickens slightly as it sits. Use to douse peeled fresh shrimp or fish fillets then deep fat fry.
