BATTER FRIED SHRIMP | |
1 lb. shrimp 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. soy sauce 2 thin strips ginger 1 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt Combine lemon juice, ginger and soy sauce. Add peeled and deveined shrimp with tails on. Marinate for 3 to 4 hours. Combine flour, baking soda, salt with milk. Dip shrimp into batter, then into more flour and back into batter. Deep fry 375 degrees for 3 to 4 minutes. |
