PIZZA CRUST 
1 pkg yeast
1 c. water (warm to 110 degrees)
1 tsp. salt
Pinch of sugar
3 1/2 c. flour, sifted
2 tbsp. olive oil

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add remainder of ingredients into bowl. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 375 degrees.
