PIZZA CRUST | |
1 tbsp. dry yeast 1 tsp. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. oil 1 c. warm water 2 1/2 c. flour Combine yeast, sugar and salt. Add water. Stir until dry ingredients are dissolved. Stir in oil. Add flour and knead until dough forms a ball. Add more flour if needed until dough is not sticky. Let dough rest 10 minutes. Roll out into dimensions of pans. Place in greased pans. Let raise 30 minutes to 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, top and bake on bottom rack 15 minutes at 425 degrees. |
