MILKY WAY® CAKE | |
CAKE: 8 MILKY WAY® bars (regular size) 2 sticks butter 2 c. sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp. baking soda 1 1/4 c. buttermilk 3 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. nuts FROSTING: 1 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1/2 stick butter 1/2 c. marshmallow cream 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips CAKE: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt candy bars and 1 stick butter (in microwave or double boiler). Cream sugar and 1 stick of butter. Add eggs and cream. Dissolve soda in buttermilk. Add to sugar mixture. Add in melted candy mix. Add nuts. Pour into greased and floured cake pan. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes. FROSTING: Bring sugar and evaporated milk to soft boil. Add rest of ingredients. Beat and spread on cooled cake. |
