JERRY'S WHITE CLAM SPAGHETTI 
1/4 c. olive oil
1-2 cloves garlic (1 tbsp. chopped)
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (6 oz.) cans chopped clams

Heat olive oil; add garlic until very lightly browned. Stir water in slowly. Stir in seasonings; heat 1 minute. Stir in clams with juice; cook 1-2 minutes until heated through. Serve over spaghetti or linguini. Use slotted spoon to top noodles with clams; then add sauce to taste. Serves 2. Recipe can be doubled.
