CHILI CON QUESO 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 sm. can stewed tomatoes
1 sm. can diced green chilies
1 tsp. dry minced onion
Garlic powder to taste

Cut and melt Velveeta cheese in microwave. Drain juice from tomatoes and cut tomatoes into pieces. Melt all ingredients together and serve hot with chips or veggies.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
