MICROWAVE FISH 
About 1 lb. fish fillets
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped parsley

Place fish (rinsed and dried) on microwave dish. Cover with 1/2 cup of soda cracker crumbs, salt and pepper. Melt together butter, lemon juice, parsley and pour over crumbs and fish. Microwave on high for 7-8 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
