MICROWAVE PARMESAN FISH 
Fillet of your choice
Lo cal mayonnaise
Parsley flakes
Shaker of Parmesan cheese

Rinse fillets off in cold water. Place on micro-safe tray, skin side up. Spread mayonnaise on fillets. Shake Parmesan cheese to cover. Sprinkle a pinch of dry parsley flakes on each fillet. Cover tray with Saran wrap. Cook 3 minutes on high, a little longer if fillets are thick.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
