CHINESE PORK CHOPS 
2-3 onions, cut into rings
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
4 oz. mushrooms (can or fresh)
1/2 c. snow peas (pea pods)
1/2 green pepper, cut up in slices

Fry pork chops in oil. Mix lemon juice, soy sauce, ginger and garlic salt together. Put pork chops into a casserole. Cover with onion rings. Pour mixture over the pork chops. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 35 minutes. Add the remaining vegetables and cook 15 minutes longer. Serve with rice or noodles.
