BARBECUE ZUCCHINI | |
4 med. zucchini 1 med. onion, sliced 1 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix 2 tbsp. white vinegar 1/4 c. salad oil 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Place sliced zucchini and onion on sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil and fold up sides slightly to make container. To dry salad dressing, add vinegar and oil; pour over vegetables and sprinkle with cheese. Fold foil to make well sealed pocket and place on grill 20 to 25 minutes or in covered casserole dish 30 minutes at 400 degrees. |
