QUICK BARBECUE 
Ribs, chicken, chops, etc.
2 c. pineapple bits
4-6 oz. jar apricot marmalade
8 oz. bottle Italian salad dressing

Line baking dish with meat of choice. (If beef, bake 4 minutes before adding mixture.) Mix together other ingredients; pour over meat and bake 45 minutes in medium oven, covered with foil. Uncover and bake until juices are partially absorbed and meat is tender.
