1 yellow cake mix
2 cans cherry pie filling
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. milk
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip

Make yellow cake according to package directions. Bake 18 to 20 minutes in a large cookie sheet. Cool. Mix cream cheese, milk and pudding with electric mixer on high speed. Spread over cooled cake. Spread cherry pie filling over this. Top with Cool Whip and nuts.
