TASTY HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ham
1 lb. pork
1/2 lb. smoked sausage
1 c. cracker crumbs, not too fine
3 lg. eggs
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk

SAUCE:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar

Have butcher grind together the three meats. Add cracker crumbs, eggs (slightly beaten), pepper and milk. Mix and bake in shallow dish 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Heat to boiling point the brown sugar, mustard, water and vinegar; cook 10 minutes. Spoon over loaf after baking one hour and bake additional 30 minutes, occasionally spooning mixture over loaf.
