HAM AND EGGS 
16 to 20 slices bread, trim crusts
6 eggs, slightly beaten
Onion to taste
8 to 10 slices American cheese
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Ham, bacon, or sausage use 1 lb.

Grease bottom of pan. Line with 1/2 of bread slices. Add cheese and meat. Top with remaining bread. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Cool 5 minutes and cut into serving pieces.
