9 slices day old white bread
3/4 c. pancake mix
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. softened butter

Cut bread in half diagonally. Place pancake mix, vanilla, eggs and milk in bowl. Beat with mixer until smooth. Dip bread in batter and fry until golden brown. Whip honey and butter together. Serve French toast with honey butter.
