QUICK VEG-ALL ITALIAN SOUP 
1 c. diced onion
1 c. shredded cabbage
2 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All, drained
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. of each: basil, oregano and black pepper
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Cook onion and cabbage in the water for 10 minutes. Stir in Veg-All, tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Note: Grandkids call it Pizza Soup.
