QUICK AND EASY BLACK BEAN SOUP 
1 lb. ground turkey
2 (14 oz.) cans black beans
1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
1 (14 oz.) can peeled, cut tomatoes
1 med. onion, chopped

Using deep large skillet or saucepan, brown turkey and onion over medium heat until onion is transparent. Add undrained beans, broth and tomatoes. Bring to boil and lower heat. Simmer 30 minutes uncovered. Season to taste.
